Overview
- Lead diverse commercial construction projects, including remodels, renovations, and ground-up builds, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Manage projects valued up to $7M, overseeing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Direct estimating, scheduling, and bid preparation efforts to ensure accurate and efficient project planning.
- Support on-site superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and compliance with project schedules and standards.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks, changes, and cost impacts to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication with all project partners, fostering alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Proven expertise in managing remodels, renovations, and ground-up construction projects valued up to $7M.
- Experience in retail, banking, big box, or open-environment construction projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects effectively.
- Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and contract administration is essential.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required to oversee progress and ensure quality.
