Overview

  • Lead MEP projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements while delivering innovative solutions within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems seamlessly into project designs.
  • Provide technical expertise to optimize system design, implementation, and performance for diverse construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for diverse construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project designs.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present detailed project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and system performance.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide project teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient planning and execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
