Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimation; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing projects ranging from $5M to $15M.
- Strong professional tenure with no more than three employers in the last decade.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools for accurate assessments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure precise cost evaluations.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for engaging with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse multidisciplinary teams.
