Job Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Associate of Applied Science degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- CPR certification and compliance with health screening requirements.
- Experience in phlebotomy and vaccine administration is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Value-Based Care principles and patient care metrics.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred; proficiency exam required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in clinical tasks.
