Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft and refine architectural designs using advanced CAD software and physical drafting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and client specifications.
• Conduct research to ensure compliance with safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Coordinate with professionals across departments to align project details and timelines effectively.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, specifications, and design adjustments.
• Identify and resolve potential design flaws, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Contribute to the development of innovative architectural solutions that meet client and community needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Completion of ARE testing and NCARB licensure essential for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and physical drafting tools is required.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, building codes, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and create detailed structural designs effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure design excellence.
