Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and refine architectural designs using advanced CAD software and physical drafting tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and client specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Completion of ARE testing and NCARB licensure essential for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural drafting and design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and physical drafting tools is required.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards, building codes, and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and create detailed structural designs effectively.
