Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a dedicated Executive Assistant, providing comprehensive support to the CEO in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate communication and project execution.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports, and oversee administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and assist in decision-making processes through research and analysis.
  • Support the CEO in achieving organizational goals and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Provide support during after-hours or weekends as needed, ensuring continuity of operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including calendar management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as required.
