Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Conduct testing for system enhancements and business changes to ensure seamless integration.
• Assist in external audits, providing comprehensive documentation and analytical insights.
• Draft and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations to maintain compliance and financial accuracy.
• Process payments to vendors and affiliates using advanced financial systems.
• Collaborate with back-office support units to streamline financial operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS standards is essential.
• Experience with SAP input and reporting is highly preferred.
• Series 99 and Series 27 FINOP certifications required within specified timelines.
• Familiarity with trade processing systems and enterprise systems is advantageous.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support units.
• Flexibility for calls and video conferences outside regular business hours.
