Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client data requests with precision.
- Maintain and update RFP database responses, ensuring content quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline RFP processes and develop strategic content.
- Edit and review peer RFPs and DDQs to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Update consultant databases with accurate product and firm-level data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Compliance to meet client requirements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing and client service materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or RFPs within asset management.
- Proficiency with RFP platforms like RocketDocs and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and fund structures.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for creating client-ready messaging.
- Ability to interact effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with consultant databases like eVestment.
