Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client data requests with precision.
  • Maintain and update RFP database responses, ensuring content quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline RFP processes and develop strategic content.
  • Edit and review peer RFPs and DDQs to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Update consultant databases with accurate product and firm-level data.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Compliance to meet client requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing and client service materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or RFPs within asset management.
  • Proficiency with RFP platforms like RocketDocs and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of investment concepts and fund structures.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating client-ready messaging.
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with consultant databases like eVestment.
