Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and lead respiratory therapy teams, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
  • Develop and monitor objectives and standards for respiratory care services.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all operations.
  • Optimize operational processes and resource allocation to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in respiratory therapy or a related domain.
  • At least three years of leadership experience in respiratory care management.
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required upon hire.
  • Strong knowledge of pulmonary care, respiratory equipment, and patient safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and resource management skills.
