Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in respiratory therapy or a related domain.
- At least three years of leadership experience in respiratory care management.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required upon hire.
- Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required upon hire.
- Strong knowledge of pulmonary care, respiratory equipment, and patient safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement quality improvement initiatives.
