Overview

  • Lead and oversee private credit operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and operational excellence across diverse financial services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures for onboarding clients and managing credit operations workflows.
  • Provide leadership and training to staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to optimize credit operations and cash management.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment while expanding industry expertise.
  • Support the development of middle office services, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily operations for private credit clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.
  • Oversee cash and position reconciliations, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Support loan operations, trade settlements, and credit treasury workflows effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff, promoting best practices in credit operations.
  • Collaborate on defining middle office services and operational strategies to enhance client experience.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to improve automation and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and loan administration practices.
  • Utilize tools such as Virtus and ClearPar to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment management or financial services, focusing on loan operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and familiarity with Virtus and ClearPar.
  • Strong understanding of bank debt, fixed income securities, and fund structures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver accurate results within deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative in dynamic environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
