Overview

  • Lead strategic client integrations, ensuring seamless platform implementation and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and innovative solutions.

  • Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and feature rollouts.
  • Document workflows and procedures, contributing to client support materials and training resources.
  • Provide expertise in configuring and customizing platform setups to meet client needs.
  • Support discovery sessions to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Drive accountability and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage end-to-end client integration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Establish detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring clear communication and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • Document workflows, procedures, and best practices for internal and client use.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to address product gaps and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring effective platform utilization.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements and project reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in project management or client software implementations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and private banking processes.
  • Experience with software-based financial solutions and data integrations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
