Business Analyst

Overview

• Lead platform implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for enterprise clients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute client-specific solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and platform performance.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including specifications and workflows, to support successful implementations and ongoing improvements.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, aligning platform capabilities to deliver tailored solutions and drive satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of standardized playbooks and collateral to streamline processes and ensure consistency across projects.

• Support strategic initiatives by maximizing platform utilization and identifying opportunities for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage detailed project plans, ensuring accountability and risk mitigation across stakeholders for successful platform integrations.
• Implement client requirements through precise platform configurations and tailored white-label setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.
• Document and refine procedures, workflows, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Product Managers to roll out new features and enhancements, addressing product gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze data integrations, managing implementation tasks to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders to achieve project success.
• Support strategic clients by maximizing their platform consumption and enhancing their overall experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 2-5+ years of experience in project management or client software implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams, managing tasks from inception to execution.
• Familiarity with software-based financial solutions, including transaction systems and trading software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data analytics skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent writing skills for creating project documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of wealth management and private banking processes is advantageous.
• Experience managing data integrations and troubleshooting implementation challenges is preferred.
