Overview

  • Drive strategic financial planning and analysis to support organizational growth and decision-making.
  • Develop and enhance financial models to forecast performance and assess impacts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Provide detailed financial analyses to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to evaluate financial performance and implement improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance financial acumen across teams.
  • Refine financial planning methodologies and reporting processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, offering impactful financial insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data utilized in forecasting and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or financial management, including leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting; expertise in Excel and financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business results and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
