Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid nursing license and proven experience as a registered nurse in relevant settings.
- Experience in pediatric and acute care environments, preferably in home healthcare.
- Proficiency in completing OASIS assessments for patient care planning and documentation.
- Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software or similar electronic health record systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel to patient locations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseloads effectively and ensure quality care.
