Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage healthcare or K-12 construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance for complex renovation and ground-up commercial projects.
  • Implement best practices in project management and construction methodologies.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within construction.
