Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met in all construction phases.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on interiors, healthcare, or multifamily projects.
• Proven expertise in on-site supervision, team coordination, and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
