Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate tax compliance workflows with third-party accountants and ensure timely execution of filings.
- Prepare supporting schedules and summary materials for financial reporting and analysis.

- Assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics from a recognized institution.
- CPA designation or 1–2 years of public accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in portfolio reporting and liquidity planning.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and financial statements accurately.
- Knowledge of real estate financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and cap rates.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
