Overview

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and on-premise systems.

- Provide Tier 3 technical assistance, resolving complex issues for executive users and maintaining high service standards.
- Document solutions, maintain technical inventories, and build a knowledge base for efficient issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security practices and industry standards, implementing best practices across IT systems.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Set up and manage Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, deploying applications, update rings, and policies from scratch.
- Implement and maintain conditional access policies, ensuring secure and controlled access to organizational resources.
- Configure and manage Azure Cloud services, Azure AVD, and Microsoft Entra for seamless operations.
- Provide white-glove support to senior executives, ensuring technology functions optimally in office and home environments.
- Perform system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance to maintain IT system integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems.
- Participate in IT projects, contributing technical expertise and innovative solutions to achieve project goals.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Autopilot, Intune, Azure Cloud services, and Microsoft Entra.
- Strong knowledge of security practices, scripting, automation, and Active Directory management.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
