Job Description

Overview

  • Drive business growth by converting travel industry accounts to offer travel insurance plans.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve sales targets and premium objectives.
  • Represent the client at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote insurance solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with travel industry accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new accounts, ensuring seamless integration of insurance plans.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain organized account records.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and share updates on sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Engage in lead generation activities including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proactively identify potential travel industry accounts through networking and research.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations showcasing the benefits of travel insurance plans.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
  • Represent the client at industry events to promote insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and account executives to align sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the insurance or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage over 500 small to medium-sized accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated and strategic thinker with a drive to achieve results.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting within the travel industry.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals effectively.
