Overview

  • Lead architectural projects focusing on senior living environments, ensuring innovative and functional designs tailored to the evolving needs of the aging population.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external partners to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in architecture and planning to manage project workflows effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Develop detailed construction drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and design standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Create and review design and construction drawings, maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design standards throughout project phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Utilize Revit and other productivity software to enhance design and documentation processes.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required; licensure is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and planning; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and related productivity software is essential.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in senior living design or related fields is highly valued.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
