- Maintain and expand relationships across the network of Lower Middle Market Partners.
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through research and outreach.
- Contribute to the organization’s growth by achieving quarterly revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Acquire new clients by providing Junior Debt facilities ranging from $100k to $3m+.
- Identify and forge new partnerships through research and creative outreach strategies.
- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and conduct due diligence.
- Engage actively in industry events to enhance organizational reach and reputation.
- Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and customer success teams for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and expand relationships across the network of Lower Middle Market Partners.
- Work with leadership to refine capital product offerings and business processes.
- Travel to markets and sales meetings as required, approximately 15-30%.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development; financial services experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and close transactions.
- Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without supervision.
- Comfortable establishing remote relationships via Zoom, phone, and email.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
