Overview
- Contribute to quality assurance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and final goods.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal regulations.
- Support production operations and other manufacturing functions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in electronic systems.
- Participate in audits and inspections with regulatory authorities.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards.
- Work in a cleanroom environment suitable for medical device production.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspect and document results of raw materials and production stages.
- Maintain calibration status of equipment used in inspections.
- Generate and review quality records supporting the Quality System.
- Assist in regulatory audits and inspections as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures for quality and safety.
- Notify leadership of discrepancies to uphold quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas for medical device manufacturing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; lab experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English for documentation and communication.
- Basic mathematics skills for accurate data handling.
- Familiarity with measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability for standing, walking, and lifting during shifts.
- Experience in medical device industry and lab settings preferred.
