Assistant Superintendent – Data Center Construction

Overview

• Assist in managing data center construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor site safety and enforce adherence to established protocols.
• Assist in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the project.
• Support the development and execution of construction plans and schedules.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction; 4 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively to various project sites as needed.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work remotely and manage on-site responsibilities effectively.
