Overview

  • Manage construction projects in light industrial, data center, and retail sectors, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Travel to various project sites, overseeing operations and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to management.
  • Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate resources and materials to optimize project efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Support entry-level team members through mentorship and guidance.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures to ensure a secure working environment.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively to project sites.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.
  • Experience with light industrial, data center, and retail construction projects is advantageous.
