Overview
- Provide primary and preventative care for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, adhering to state regulations.

- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for patient documentation and care planning.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) and unrestricted NP license in the state.
- Board Certification and DEA licensure required.
- Experience in adult, family, or geriatric specialties preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to manage complex health conditions and advanced illnesses.
- Strong collaboration skills within interdisciplinary care teams.
- Experience in long-term care settings is highly desirable.
- Psychiatric experience is considered a plus.
