Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting or Finance, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with 4 years preferred, ideally within the real estate development sector.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting; advanced skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with financial reporting, treasury functions, and audit/tax preparation coordination.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required; work longevity is highly valued.
