Overview
- Serve as a key member of the legal team, supporting corporate governance and investment fund operations.
- Draft and manage legal documentation for regulatory filings and corporate governance.
- Assist in the formation and maintenance of corporate entities and investment funds.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage document retention systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal inquiries and requests.
- Support special projects and initiatives within the legal department.
- Contribute to the preparation and filing of registration statements and other regulatory documentation.
- Provide assistance in opening custody and trading accounts for investment funds.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and coordinate corporate governance documentation, including agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation for corporate entities and investment funds.
- Prepare and file regulatory documentation for registered investment companies.
- Respond to investor questionnaires and client requests for proposals.
- Support the opening of custody and trading accounts for investment funds.
- Assist with regulatory and tax filings to ensure compliance.

- Maintain the firm's proprietary relationship management system for investment funds.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience; 8 years preferred.
- Experience managing corporate and investment fund-related legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Understanding of financial markets, securities, and asset classes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
