Overview

  • Lead construction projects in the light industrial sector, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulations across all project phases.
  • Oversee warehouse construction and renovation projects, ensuring structural integrity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute project plans for light industrial construction projects.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
