Overview

  • Serve as an Outside Sales Representative, driving client engagement and sales growth in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs effectively.
  • Leverage professional communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Close and grow sales through effective communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand and address customer requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, recommending proactive measures for future improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales-driven, customer-focused retail merchandising environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for work-related travel.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in navigating NYC Transit system preferred.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
