Job Description

Overview

  • Lead engineering teams in developing consumer-facing products using modern web technologies and cloud environments.
  • Drive strategic and operational leadership across multiple engineering domains, including Sales Tech, Web, CRM/Salesforce, and QA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, outcomes, and timelines for engineering initiatives.
  • Promote the adoption of AI-driven tools to enhance development processes and accelerate delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality engineering delivery with a focus on predictability, system stability, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
  • Support distributed teams with effective communication and leadership practices.
  • Contribute to broader product and engineering planning processes for capacity allocation and architectural alignment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and mentor engineering leaders and their teams across various technical domains.
  • Drive structured planning and execution processes for roadmap commitments and milestones.
  • Define and monitor engineering metrics focused on delivery predictability and quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and TPM leaders to align on delivery timelines and priorities.
  • Oversee technical execution and operational health of platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Promote disciplined use of AI-assisted development tools for improved velocity and quality.
  • Develop and coach engineering leaders, fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain high-performing engineering talent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10-15 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-team organizations.
  • Proven experience with modern web technologies, API-driven architectures, and cloud environments.
  • Strong operational leadership skills in roadmap execution and delivery tracking.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales/marketing integrations, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tooling and testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams effectively.
