Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide executive assistance to VP, SVP, and C-suite executives.
- Manage complex diaries, travel logistics, and conference arrangements.
- Schedule and organize meetings using various virtual platforms.
- Liaise with VIPs, government bodies, and external collaborators.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate corporate events and leadership meetings.
- Provide coverage for other executive assistants as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience providing executive support to senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
