Overview

• Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and resource availability.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing milestones and challenges.
• Implement innovative construction techniques and technologies to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers during preconstruction phases for accurate estimating and planning.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing design-build and CMAR projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software and technology tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
