Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Active registered nurse license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory nursing experience in acute care settings.
- Proven expertise in inpatient/medical-surgical director roles is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care.
