Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Automate and streamline accounting processes using advanced analytics tools for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial summaries and analyses for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, including systems implementations and policy development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and document transactional memos for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with departments to improve product-level profitability analysis and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX standards and implement scalable controls to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee audit processes and maintain effective relationships with internal and external audit functions.
  • Develop and mentor team members to foster professional growth and expertise within the finance team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred for advanced technical expertise.
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with exposure to both public and private sectors.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP, internal controls, and technical accounting research for compliance and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, and automation tools for process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx for data-driven insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in inventory and intercompany accounting is preferred for specialized financial operations.
