Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult patients, with a focus on geriatric care.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide health education and coaching to patients, promoting sustainable lifestyle changes and health goals.
  • Lead and supervise clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is mandatory.
  • Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; 5 years preferred in a relevant specialty.
  • Proficiency in healthcare documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
