- Collaborate with executive leadership to define key performance indicators and drive operational excellence.
- Oversee financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management to support business success.
- Champion the integration of ERP systems with CRM and operational platforms for streamlined processes.
- Develop pricing models and analytics to enhance strategic decision-making and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements through robust internal controls.
- Provide strategic insights for mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish financial benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Manage accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and period closes.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to meet operational needs.
- Implement consistent accounting policies and practices adhering to GAAP and legal standards.
- Lead annual audits and tax preparation, coordinating with external auditors and advisors.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize workflows.
- Support acquisitions and new office expansions with strategic financial planning.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team to achieve organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of finance management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in construction accounting software and CRM systems is essential.
- Experience with percent-completion accounting in construction or contracting industries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
