Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily fund accounting operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Validate NAV allocations, performance metrics, and fund-level activities with precision.
  • Coordinate year-end audits and compliance processes, collaborating with auditors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial materials for presentation to Audit Committees and Boards of Directors.
  • Analyze and implement new accounting standards, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support investor services with accurate and timely financial reporting and disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through detailed reporting and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in regulatory reporting, SEC filings, and compliance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of NAV calculations, fund administration, and performance metrics.
  • Experience coordinating audits and ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and technology-driven process improvements.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills for preparing financial reports and policy documentation.
