Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience; 10 years preferred for optimal expertise.
• Proven expertise in managing both ground-up and renovation construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient planning and execution.
