Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute comprehensive payroll processing for union and non-union employees, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and maintain payroll documentation and standard operating procedures for scalability.
- Administer employee benefits and 401(k) contributions, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll integration and streamline operations.
- Train and mentor local administrators on payroll and benefits procedures.
- Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes, updating payroll processes accordingly.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as iSolved and ERP platforms.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and union payroll regulations.
- Experience in benefits administration and 401(k) contributions management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for compliance and audits.
- Strong communication skills for training and cross-functional collaboration.
