Overview

  • Drive the successful execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively.
  • Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing challenges proactively and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and execution.

  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience, including ground-up construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in healthcare or K-12 construction projects is highly desirable.
