Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee comprehensive construction project management, including planning, execution, and successful completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and collaboration.
  • Implement and enforce robust safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, including manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.
  • Strong knowledge of tilt-wall construction techniques and practices is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with ESOP programs and their benefits to employees is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and budgets.
