Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles; 5 years preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in servo drives, motors, and automation components.
- Familiarity with servo sizing, tuning, and IEC 61131 programming environments is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience with Python programming is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits and site presence.
