Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on specifications and plans.
  • Analyze project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and budgets.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports on project estimates and progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and develop accurate estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
