Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee preparation and review of fund financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage fund liquidity and cash flow for operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance financial operations.
• Interpret investment documents for accurate accounting of financial positions.
• Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure timely and precise reporting.
• Support investor relations with compliance filings and reporting needs.
• Provide strategic insights to align fund operations with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in fund accounting or financial management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and governing documents.
• Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and audit management.
• Ability to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis.
• Familiarity with investment valuation and pricing methodologies.
