  • Lead financial operations for investment funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize fund performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee preparation and review of fund financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and internal teams.
  • Monitor and manage fund liquidity and cash flow for operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and governing documents.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and audit management.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
