Overview

  • Lead multifamily and hospitality construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $10M to $50M, optimizing resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Utilize expertise in wood-frame construction for garden-style and podium apartment projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the construction team.
  • Ensure projects meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions to address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, resolving issues promptly to maintain efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to leadership and clients.
  • Facilitate resource allocation and procurement to support project needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in wood-frame construction for multifamily and hospitality projects.
  • Ability to manage projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $50M.
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
