Overview

- Manage project budgets ranging from $10M to $50M, optimizing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions to address challenges.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in wood-frame construction for multifamily and hospitality projects.
- Ability to manage projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $50M.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
