Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in managing construction schedules, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects and review shop drawings for project accuracy and compliance.
• Support logistical planning and financial management of construction projects.
• Maintain effective communication between field teams and office-based project managers.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards across all project phases.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and address operational challenges.
• Contribute to the success of self-perform divisions specializing in concrete and carpentry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in managing construction schedules and coordinating architectural plans.
• Experience in reviewing and handling shop drawings and project documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
• Familiarity with government and commercial construction projects is advantageous.
