Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing construction schedules and coordinating architectural plans.
  • Experience in reviewing and handling shop drawings and project documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
  • Familiarity with government and commercial construction projects is advantageous.
