Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day fund accounting operations and reconciliations with precision.
  • Calculate investor allocations, NAV, and IRR, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare capital activity documentation, including calls and distributions.
  • Compile quarterly and annual fund financial statements for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare detailed supporting schedules.
  • Support investor relations by addressing LP requests effectively.
  • Review and process deal-related invoices using advanced accounting tools.
  • Manage banking activities, including wires and transfers, securely.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance fund accounting processes and systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in fund accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with accounting software and tools like Concur is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of private equity fund structures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulations.
