Overview

  • Act as a key representative for a healthcare organization, focusing on community engagement and client acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to drive business growth.
  • Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and senior organizations to establish impactful partnerships.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new clients, enhancing satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the organization's presence within the community.
  • Identify and cultivate referral sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular visits to referral partners to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment.
  • Track and analyze leads, referrals, and conversion metrics to achieve growth targets.
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and health fairs.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree required; certifications in healthcare or sales preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare or service-oriented industries.
  • Familiarity with home care services, including private duty or skilled care, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and market dynamics preferred.
