Job Description

Overview

  • Provide specialized support for SAP systems, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction in a dynamic and regulated environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, enhancing system reliability and performance for end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Develop and maintain SAP reports, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide training and support to users, fostering proficiency and confidence in SAP system usage.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support logistics and finance departments with SAP-related operations and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and resolve SAP system issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing user satisfaction.
  • Develop, test, and deploy SAP reports and operational documentation to enhance system utility.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement system improvements and address technical challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive training and user support, improving system adoption and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP system experience, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including DSCSA compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SAP system administration, report development, and user support.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Capability to work on-site and adhere to structured processes and confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions.
