Mep Project Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budget analyses.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP project management; 8 years preferred for advanced proficiency.
• Proven expertise in managing MEP systems within construction projects of varying complexity.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently, ensuring project success.
• Experience with design-build, construction management, and general contracting services is advantageous.
